To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • A return request may only be submitted after the item has been physically received by the customer.

  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping and any customs-related fees.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original condition, with all tags and labels still attached.

  • Trying on an item is allowed; wearing or using the item is not permitted.

  • Orders placed intentionally in multiple sizes or variations with the intent to partially return items are not eligible for return.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at info@milesemilialondon.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.

  2. After approval, you will receive the return address of our fulfillment partner, which may be located outside the United Kingdom (including China).

  3. Ship the item back at your own expense, including shipping fees, customs duties, and handling charges.

  4. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method. Miles & Emilia London is not responsible for lost return shipments.

3. Refunds

Once the returned item has arrived at the designated return address and has been inspected and approved, a refund will be issued within 14 days.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used during checkout.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Liability & Responsibility

  • Miles & Emilia London is not liable for lost packages if tracking information confirms delivery to the address provided by the customer.

  • Customers are fully responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout.

  • Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order. Changes requested after this period cannot be guaranteed.
